2. Who Can Use Mixverse

Mixverse is intended only for users who are of legal drinking age in their country or region.

By using Mixverse, you confirm that you are legally allowed to view cocktail and alcohol-related content and that you meet the legal drinking age requirement where you live.

Mixverse is not intended for children.

3. What Data We Collect

We collect different types of information depending on how you use Mixverse, whether you are signed in, whether you use guest mode, whether you subscribe, and whether you use creator or AI features.

3.1 Account and Sign-In Data

Mixverse does not currently support email/password login.

If you use guest mode, some features may be limited. Guest data may not be recoverable if you delete the app, change devices, clear app data, or lose access to the local app installation.

3.2 App Content and User Data

When you use Mixverse, you may create, save, publish, or interact with content. Depending on the features you use, we may collect:

Some content may be private to your account. Other content, such as published recipes, reviews, comments, creator profiles, or business profiles, may be visible to other users.

3.3 Creator and Business Profile Data

If you use Creator or Business features, you may choose to provide profile and contact information, including:

  • Creator or business display name
  • Bio
  • Website URL
  • Contact email
  • Phone number
  • Business address
  • Profile image or avatar
  • Published cocktail recipes
  • Other information you choose to add to your public profile

This information may be shown publicly in the app if you publish your profile or use public Creator or Business features.

You are responsible for the information you add to your Creator or Business profile. Do not add personal, private, sensitive, or confidential information unless you want it to be visible to other users.

If you add business contact information, such as a website, email address, phone number, or address, you confirm that you have the right to publish that information and that it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for public display.

We may remove, hide, restrict, or disable Creator or Business profile information if we believe it violates our Terms of Use, applicable law, platform rules, third-party rights, or community safety expectations.

3.4 Purchase and Subscription Data

Mixverse may offer paid subscriptions, including Premium and Creator plans.

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform. We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details.

We may receive and store purchase-related information, including:

  • Subscription status
  • Subscription plan
  • Entitlement status
  • Trial status
  • Renewal status
  • Expiration status
  • Purchase history
  • Store transaction identifiers
  • Related purchase metadata

We use this information to provide paid features, verify purchases, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and manage subscription access.

3.5 Analytics and Usage Data

If you choose to share optional analytics, we may collect usage data such as:

Analytics help us understand how Mixverse is used and how we can improve features such as Mixi, Cabinet, Cart, recommendations, recipe discovery, and creator tools.

Analytics are optional where presented as optional in the app. You can change your preference in the app settings.

We do not use analytics data for advertising or to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.

3.6 Crash Reports and Diagnostics

If you choose to share optional crash reports and diagnostics, we may collect:

  • Crash data
  • Performance data
  • Error logs
  • App version
  • App build number

  • Operating system information
  • Technical diagnostic data

Crash reports and diagnostics help us fix bugs, improve stability, and understand technical issues.

Crash reports are optional where presented as optional in the app. You can change your preference in the app settings.

  • Supabase, for backend infrastructure, database, authentication-related infrastructure, and app data storage
  • Google Sign-In, for account authentication
  • Apple Sign-In, for account authentication
  • RevenueCat, for subscription entitlement and purchase management
  • Apple App Store, for iOS purchases and subscriptions
  • Google Play, for Android purchases and subscriptions
  • Firebase Analytics, if optional analytics are enabled
  • Firebase Crashlytics, if optional crash diagnostics are enabled
  • AI service providers, for AI-powered cocktail suggestions, recipe generation, and related features
  • Image generation or image processing providers, where image-related features are available and used

We only share information with these providers as needed to provide app functionality, process purchases, improve stability, deliver requested features, or protect the service.

7. How We Share Data

We do not sell your personal data for money.

We do not use your personal data for third-party advertising or to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.

We may share information in the following limited situations:

Service Providers

We share information with service providers that help us operate Mixverse, including backend, authentication, analytics, diagnostics, purchase management, AI, image processing, and support-related services.

App Stores and Purchase Providers

Purchase and subscription information may be processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat to complete purchases, verify entitlements, restore purchases, and manage subscriptions.

Public Content

If you publish content, such as cocktail recipes, reviews, comments, creator profiles, or business profiles, that content may be visible to other users.

Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable law
  • Respond to lawful requests
  • Protect our rights
  • Protect users
  • Prevent fraud, spam, or abuse

8. Analytics and Crash Diagnostics

Mixverse may ask whether you want to share optional analytics and crash diagnostics.

These optional settings help us improve the app, fix issues, and understand feature usage.

They are not used for advertising and are not used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.

You can change these preferences at any time in the app settings.

If analytics are turned off, optional analytics collection is disabled.

If crash reports are turned off, optional crash diagnostics collection is disabled where the app presents them as optional.

9. Tracking and Advertising

Mixverse does not currently use your data for third-party advertising.

Mixverse does not currently track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.

Mixverse does not currently show third-party ads in the app.

We do not share collected app data with data brokers for advertising or cross-app tracking purposes.

If this changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, request permission using the appropriate platform permission framework.

10. Subscriptions and Purchases

Mixverse may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and other paid features.

Subscription information, pricing, duration, trial eligibility, renewal terms, and available features are shown in the app before purchase.

Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not directly collect or store full payment card information.

Subscription access may be managed through RevenueCat and the relevant app store.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Deleting your Mixverse account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription through the store where it was purchased.

Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their respective policies.

11. AI Features

Mixverse may include AI-powered features, such as generating cocktail recipes, suggestions, descriptions, recommendations, or images.

When you use AI features, we may process:

  • Your selected ingredients
  • Your cabinet items
  • Taste preferences
  • Strength preferences
  • Recipe prompts or inputs
  • Generated recipes or outputs
  • Image generation requests, where applicable

AI-generated content may be processed by third-party AI or image generation service providers.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or unsuitable for your situation. You should review and verify any AI-generated recipe, ingredient, measurement, or suggestion before relying on it.

Do not submit personal, confidential, sensitive, or private information into AI prompts.

12. User-Generated Content

Mixverse may allow users to create, save, publish, submit, or share content, including cocktail recipes, notes, ratings, reviews, comments, creator profiles, business profiles, images, and other content.

You are responsible for the content you create or publish.

If you publish content, it may be visible to other users.

You confirm that you own your content or have the necessary rights to publish it.

We may remove, hide, restrict, or disable access to content if we believe it violates our Terms of Use, applicable law, platform rules, third-party rights, or community safety expectations.

13. Creator and Business Profiles

Mixverse may allow users with Creator or Business features to create public profiles and publish cocktail recipes.

Creator or Business profiles may include:

  • Display name
  • Bio
  • Website URL
  • Contact email
  • Phone number
  • Business address
  • Profile image or avatar
  • Published cocktail recipes
  • Other information you choose to provide

Some or all of this information may be visible to other users of Mixverse, depending on your profile settings and the features you use.

You are responsible for all information you add to your Creator or Business profile.

By adding business contact information, such as a website, contact email, phone number, or address, you confirm that:

You have the right to publish that information.

The information is accurate and lawful.

The information does not violate another person’s privacy or rights.

You understand that public profile information may be visible to other users.

Do not add personal, private, sensitive, or confidential information unless you want it to be visible to other users.

We may remove, hide, restrict, or disable Creator or Business profiles, published recipes, or related content if we believe they violate our Terms of Use, applicable law, platform rules, third-party rights, or community safety expectations.

14. Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Account data is kept while your account is active.

Published content is kept while it remains published or until you remove it, delete your account, or we remove it under our Terms of Use.

Support messages are kept as long as needed to respond to your request, maintain support records, protect the service, and resolve disputes.

Purchase and entitlement records may be kept as long as needed for subscription management, fraud prevention, tax, legal, accounting, and compliance purposes.

Analytics and diagnostic data are kept only as long as needed to understand app usage, fix issues, improve performance, and protect the service.

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.

Some technical records may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or system records until they are deleted according to our normal technical retention processes.

15. Account Management, Data Export, and Account Deletion

Mixverse allows signed-in users to manage their account data directly inside the app.

You can access account management features by opening:

Mixverse app → Settings → Account Management

From this screen, you can:

  • Export a CSV copy of your Mixverse data
  • Permanently delete your Mixverse account
  • Data Export

You can export your data from inside the app by selecting Export user data in Account Management.

The export file is provided as a CSV file and reflects the account data available at the time of export.

Your exported data may include account-related information such as:

  • Profile information
  • Saved recipes
  • Favorite cocktails
  • Cabinet items
  • Shopping cart items
  • Notes
  • Reviews
  • Ratings
  • Creator content
  • Business profile information
  • Other information associated with your account

Data export availability may depend on your account type, sign-in status, platform, and technical availability.

Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account from inside the app by selecting Delete account in Account Management.

When you confirm account deletion, we delete your active account data from our production systems immediately, unless limited retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, dispute, backup, or compliance reasons.

If you have a Creator or Business profile, your public profile information is removed or hidden from active public display after account deletion.

Published content associated with your account may be deleted, unpublished, or anonymized unless retention is required for legal, security, payment, fraud prevention, dispute, backup, or compliance reasons.

Some limited records may remain temporarily in backups, logs, store records, entitlement records, or security systems until removed according to normal technical retention processes.

Deleting your Mixverse account does not automatically cancel any active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel your subscription through the store where you purchased it.

16. Your Choices

You can control certain data and privacy choices in Mixverse.

Depending on the features available to you, you may be able to:

  • Use guest mode
  • Sign in with Google or Apple
  • Edit your profile
  • Manage optional analytics
  • Manage optional crash diagnostics
  • Export your data
  • Delete your account
  • Manage subscription access through Apple App Store or Google Play
  • Remove or edit content you created, where supported

Some choices may be limited by technical, legal, security, or platform requirements.

17. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights regarding your personal data, including the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data
  • Export your data
  • Restrict certain processing
  • Object to certain processing
  • Withdraw consent for optional analytics or crash diagnostics

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure through your sign-in provider.

20. Children and Legal Drinking Age

Mixverse is not intended for children.

Mixverse is intended only for users who are of legal drinking age in their country or region.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

21. Alcohol Responsibility Notice

Mixverse provides cocktail recipes and related content for informational and entertainment purposes only.

You are responsible for complying with the alcohol laws, age requirements, and health guidance that apply to you.

If notifications are available and enabled, the app will request system notification permission through the official operating system permission flow when required.

We do not request notification permission unless the feature is available and permission is needed.
