Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice or placing it in the freezer.

Combine the bourbon, dry vermouth, Amaro Montenegro, Amaro Nonino, and Green Chartreuse in a mixing glass.

Add a dash of orange bitters to the mixture.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.

Discard the ice from the martini glass and strain the cocktail into the glass.

Garnish with a twist of orange peel, gently expressing its oils over the drink before placing it on top.
