Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.

Prepare a garnish of skewered raspberries.

Shake the bison grass vodka, elderflower liqueur, freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, and your choice of egg white, Vegg White vegan alternative, or Fee Brothers Fee Foam with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled Martini glass.

Carefully pour the black raspberry liqueur into the center of the cocktail, allowing it to sink to the bottom.
