Instructions

Use these specified component styles: Kirschwasser.

Use the specified prepared components: Simple syrup (Royal Rose Three Chiles).

Muddle a fresh cherry with lime juice and a pinch of dried hibiscus flowers in a cocktail shaker.

Add blanco tequila, kirschwasser, triple sec, corn whiskey, simple syrup, and bitters to the shaker, reserving the mezcal for later.

Shake the mixture vigorously with ice until well chilled.

Rim a chilled martini glass with an equal-parts blend of mesquite-smoked salt, crushed chipotle pepper and sugar.

Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
