Absinthe Negroni

Select and pre-chill a toddy glass.

Prepare a garnish of a Luxardo maraschino cherry.

Rinse the glass with La Fée Parisienne absinthe, then discard any excess.

Stir Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal, Strucchi Rosso Vermouth, Savoia Americano Rosso, and Giffard White Crème de Cacao Liqueur with ice.

Strain the mixture into the absinthe-rinsed glass.

Garnish by dropping the maraschino cherry into the cocktail.
