Chill a Nick & Nora glass in advance to ensure optimal serving temperature.
Prepare a garnish by skewering a vine cherry tomato, setting it aside for later use.
Muddle a fresh cherry tomato in the base of a stirring glass to release its juices.
Add the chilled Akashi-Tai Daiginjo Genshu sake, Ketel One Vodka, Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry, rich sugar syrup, Bob's Coriander Bitters, and saline solution into the stirring glass.
