Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish of grapefruit zest twist.

Combine Ketel One Vodka, elderflower liqueur, bittersweet orange-red aperitivo, freshly squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, egg white or cocktail foamer, grapefruit bitters, and optional saline solution or pinch of salt in a shaker with ice.

Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice, then strain the mixture back into the shaker.

Dry shake the mixture without ice to create a frothy texture.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Express the grapefruit zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils and use it as a garnish.
