Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water.

Dip the rim of the fancy glass into the melted chocolate, then drizzle the remaining chocolate around the inside of the rim, allowing it to cascade gently down the glass.

Place the glass in the refrigerator to chill and set the chocolate.
