Cucumber Martini

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a martini glass.

Float a thin cucumber slice to prepare the garnish.

Muddle the chopped cucumber at the base of a shaker, removing the skin from the cucumber log before chopping for optimal results.

Add the bison grass vodka, Ketel One vodka, Strucchi Bianco vermouth, rich sugar syrup, and saline solution.

Shake the mixture rigorously with ice.

Fine strain the cocktail into the chilled martini glass.

Garnish by floating the cucumber slice on the surface.
