Bitter Double ImPeachMint

Muddle the lemon wedge in a large tumbler to release its juices.

Add the peach and continue muddling to blend the flavors.

Gently muddle the mint leaves to extract their aroma without bruising them too much.

Fill the tumbler halfway with crushed ice.

Pour in the dry peach brandy and the Four Roses bourbon.

Stir the mixture until well chilled.

Garnish with a few dashes of bitters, a small slice of peach, and a sprig of mint.

Optionally, add a dash of mint bitters, keeping in mind it can be quite intense.
