Select and pre-chill a martini glass.

Prepare a pear wedge for garnish.

Shake the pear and cognac liqueur, apple schnapps liqueur, and apple juice or cider with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.

Garnish with the pear wedge on the rim and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
