Add the pineapple juice, gin, Campari, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker.

Break up a couple of ice cubes with a rolling pin or muddler until they are in small pieces.

Add the crushed ice to the shaker, close it, and whip shake until you can no longer hear the ice clattering inside.

Open the shaker and pour in the Prosecco.
