- Blackcurrant LiqueurCrème de Cassis2 cl

Instructions

Fill a Gibraltar glass with ice cubes.

Add the gin and a dash of freshly squeezed lemon juice to the glass.

Carefully pour the Crème de Cassis along the edge of the glass.

Drizzle the Blue Curacao syrup over the ice cubes.

Slowly top up the drink with tonic water.
