Clean the strawberries and place them into a Double Old Fashioned Glass.

Add the brown cane sugar and a dash of lime juice to the glass, then muddle everything well to release the flavors.

Gently rub the fresh mint leaves between your fingers and add them to the mixture.

Fill the glass with crushed ice.

Pour in the Havana Club Añejo 3.

Top with a splash of soda.

Stir everything thoroughly using a bar spoon to combine.

Top off the glass with more crushed ice.

Garnish with a sprig of mint and a strawberry.
