Add the Barceló Blanco, dark rum, freshly squeezed lime juice, blue curacao syrup, and grapefruit juice into a shaker filled with ice.

Shake vigorously to combine and chill the mixture.

Double strain into a Hurricane glass.

Garnish with a slice of lime and a wedge of pineapple.
