Infuse the dried daisies in the bourbon whiskey for a few hours, then strain.

Combine the floral-infused bourbon with the remaining ingredients, except the sparkling wine, in a shaker. Shake vigorously.

Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass over fresh ice.

Top with Henkell sparkling wine.
