Improved Bamboo

Combine the Amontillado Sherry, Fino Sherry, Dry Vermouth, Bianco Vermouth, and Maraschino Liqueur in a mixing glass.

Add a dash of Absinthe, a dash of Angostura Bitters, and a dash of Orange Bitters to the mixture.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the ingredients until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail coupe.

Garnish with a twist of orange peel, expressing its oils over the surface of the cocktail before placing it in the glass.
