Grand Army’s Amaretto Sour

Combine the amaretto, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Campari, and egg white in a cocktail shaker and dry shake vigorously without ice.

Add ice to the shaker and shake again until the mixture is well-chilled.

Strain the cocktail into an old fashioned glass.

Express the oils of an orange twist over the top of the drink, then discard the twist.
