Use honey syrup made with 3 parts honey to 1 part water by weight for its listed portion.

Chill a cocktail coupe in advance.

Prepare a garnish of an apple wedge or float a dehydrated apple slice.

Combine the blended Scotch whisky, bison grass vodka, Sauvignon Blanc wine, cloudy apple juice, and honey syrup in a shaker.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.
