Pappy Honeysuckle

Stir the honey with the Irish whiskey at the base of a shaker until the honey is fully dissolved.

Add the Sauvignon Blanc wine, cloudy and unsweetened apple juice or cider, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and passion fruit syrup to the shaker.

Shake the mixture vigorously with ice to chill and combine the flavors.

Fine strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.
