Chill a martini glass to prepare it for serving.

Create a garnish by coating a strawberry with balsamic vinegar.

Combine the vodka, Giffard Fraise des Bois liqueur, freshly squeezed orange juice, maple syrup, and a dash of balsamic vinegar in a shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled martini glass.
