Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.
Chill a cocktail coupe in preparation for serving.
Prepare a garnish by floating a dehydrated lime slice wheel.
Combine Ketel One Vodka, Kummel liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, rich sugar syrup, and egg white or Fee Foam in a shaker. Dry shake these ingredients without ice to emulsify.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again vigorously to chill.
Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with the prepared dehydrated lime slice wheel.
