Maple Old Fashioned

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare an orange zest twist for garnish.

Stir the bourbon whiskey, straight rye whiskey, maple syrup, orange bitters, and saline solution with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled Old Fashioned glass, preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice.

Express the orange zest twist over the cocktail and use it as a garnish.
