Flower Tart

Use prepared rhubarb-infused vodka; the source gives no infusion ratio. For rhubarb syrup, combine approximately equal parts chopped rhubarb, water and sugar, boil 10 to 20 minutes and fine strain. Shake all listed measured drink ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled glass and finish with the lemon twist.
