Pear & Elderflower Fruitini

Select and pre-chill a martini glass.

Prepare a garnish by placing a slice of pear on the rim of the glass.

Shake the vodka, elderflower liqueur, and freshly pressed pear juice vigorously with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
