Chill a martini glass prior to preparation.

In a mixing glass, combine the light rum, vermouth bianco, grenadine syrup, Cointreau, and orange bitters.

Stir the mixture thoroughly with ice until well chilled.

Strain the cocktail into the chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
