Mastiha Mojito

Use these specified component styles: Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old).

Gently shake the mint leaves, light white rum, Mastiha liqueur, and freshly squeezed lime juice with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.

Using a bar spoon, churn the mixture gently.

Top up the glass with more crushed ice and continue to churn.

Repeat the process of adding ice and churning until the drink reaches the rim of the glass.

Serve the cocktail with straws.
