Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Muddle the hulled strawberries and raspberries at the base of a shaker.

Add the Ketel One Vodka, elderflower liqueur, cloudy apple juice or cider, freshly squeezed lime juice, and rich sugar syrup to the shaker.

Shake vigorously with ice and fine strain the mixture into an ice-filled highball glass.

Top with Thomas Henry Soda Water.
