Combine the vodka, pink grapefruit juice, Aperol, Falernum, and Fee Brothers peach bitters in a cocktail shaker.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until the mixture is well-chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the prepared, chilled cocktail coupe.

Express the oils from a twist of grapefruit peel over the drink, then use it as a garnish for an aromatic finish.
