Bijou

Chill a Nick and Nora glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

Combine the gin, sweet vermouth, green Chartreuse, and orange bitters in a mixing glass.

Add ice to the mixing glass and stir until the mixture is well-chilled and properly diluted.

Discard the ice water from the Nick and Nora glass and strain the cocktail into the glass.

Garnish with a maraschino cherry before serving.
