Chill a cocktail coupe to prepare for serving.
Garnish by skewering a wedge of pineapple with a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
Shake the cognac, Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and Angostura Aromatic Bitters with ice. If desired, add a few drops of Difford's Daiquiri Bitters and a touch of saline solution.
Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.
