How to make Treasure Chest with Light Rum, Bitter Aperitif, Lime Juice. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Use the specified component styles before mixing. Required component: Bitters (I used 1821 Hibiscus bitters but there’s room to experiment here).
Shake the light rum, Aperol, freshly squeezed lime juice, orgeat, passion fruit syrup, and bitters with ice until well-chilled.
Strain the mixture into a chilled Old Fashioned Glass.
Serve the strained cocktail over crushed ice in the old fashioned glass.
