Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish using an orange slice and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry, skewered together for a nautical touch.

Shake the cognac, cognac orange liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Angostura Aromatic Bitters, and your choice of egg white or alternative foamer with ice until well-chilled and frothy.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with the prepared orange slice and cherry sail.
