Prepare Donn's Mix by blending two parts fresh yellow grapefruit juice with one part cinnamon syrup.

Add the Jamaican rum, brown rum, and demerara rum into an electric blender, followed by the lime juice and falernum.

Incorporate Donn's Mix, grenadine syrup, Angostura aromatic bitters, and Pernod into the blender.

Add cracked ice to the mixture and blend with a pulse function for a few seconds until well combined.
