Jules Delight

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a fresh strawberry for garnish.

Muddle the hulled strawberries in the base of a shaker.

Add Ketel One Vodka, white balsamic vinegar, cloudy and unsweetened apple juice or cider, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and rich sugar syrup to the shaker.

Shake vigorously with ice until well-chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with the prepared strawberry.
