Combine the amaretto, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and a dash of Angostura aromatic bitters in a shaker. If desired, include the egg white for a frothy texture, and dry shake the mixture without ice.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously to chill the cocktail.

Strain the contents into an Old Fashioned glass.

Spray aromatic bitters over the foaming cocktail using an atomiser. Garnish with a lemon slice and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry on a stick to create a lemon and cherry sail.
