It's a Rad, Rad, Rad, Rad World

Start with these components prepared in advance: Gin (radish-infused; see Notes).

Combine the radish-infused gin, Bénédictine, and freshly squeezed lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail coupe.

Express the oils from a lemon peel over the drink, then fold the peel into a small pouch shape.

Clip the pouch to the rim of the glass to hold a radish leaf and some seasoned, fried radish chips as garnish.
