Stir the Scotch whiskey, dry vermouth, apple brandy, maraschino, pear brandy, honey syrup, and orange bitters with ice in a mixing glass.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail coupe.

Float a cucumber slice on top of the drink.

Finish by adding Islay Scotch whiskey over the cucumber slice.
