Instructions

Combine the blended whiskey, freshly squeezed lemon juice, powdered sugar, port, and egg white in a shaker.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a highball glass over fresh ice cubes.

Top with soda water and stir gently to combine.
