Banoffee Espresso Martini

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe to ensure a refreshing serve.

Prepare your garnish by setting aside some cocoa powder and a dried banana chip.

Shake the Ketel One Vodka, Exprè Caffè Italiano or hot espresso coffee, Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur, Giffard Caramel Toffee liqueur, and saline solution or pinch of salt with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe.

Dust the surface with cocoa powder and garnish with a dried banana chip.
