The Passion

Combine the Rhum Agricole, carrot juice, passion fruit, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, and homemade light ginger syrup in a shaker.

Add a slice of jalapeño and a few dashes of Angostura bitters to the mixture.

Shake the ingredients vigorously with ice to achieve a well-chilled blend.

Double strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail coupe.

Finish by layering a splash of Islay Scotch over the top for a hint of smoke.
