Mezcal Martini

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish of a skewered caperberry.

Stir the Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal, Strucchi Dry Vermouth, and Difford's Margarita Bitters with ice.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass filled with ice, ideally over a large cube or chunk of block ice.

Garnish with the skewered caperberry.
