Shake the Barbados rum, cachaça, lime juice, passion fruit syrup, orgeat, pastis, and bitters together with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into an Double Old Fashioned Glass.

Fill the glass with crushed ice.

Garnish lavishly with mint sprigs, and optionally, add flowers for an extra touch.
