Cut the lime into quarters and muddle them with the mint and cane sugar at the bottom of a fancy glass.

Add the vanilla vodka and lemonade to the glass, then top with mineral water if there's room.

Garnish with a piece of fruit for an elegant touch.

For added flair, don't forget a cocktail umbrella.

As an alternative, you can mix everything in a shaker.

If vanilla vodka isn't available, substitute with regular vodka and a pinch of vanilla sugar.
