Instructions

Muddle the mint in a shaker to release its aromatic oils.

Add the vodka, freshly squeezed lime juice, and tea syrup to the shaker.

Add ice cubes and shake vigorously until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a julep cup filled with ice cubes.

Top with sparkling wine and gently stir to combine.
