Wash and dry the oranges, then zest the peel and extract the juice.

Fill a tea strainer with the coffee beans.

Combine all ingredients in a large pot, stirring constantly as you bring it to a boil. Once the sugar has dissolved, continue cooking for an additional two minutes while stirring.

Immediately pour the gelée into canning jars.
