Green Wodka Sour

Juice all ingredients except the vodka using a juicer, or alternatively, blend them with an electric mixer and strain multiple times through a fine sieve.

Meanwhile, fill a glass mug most of the way with ice cubes.

Combine the green fruit and vegetable juice, ice cubes, and vodka in a shaker. Shake vigorously.

Strain the drink into the glass using a bar sieve and garnish with fresh parsley.
