Sweet Lime

Cut the lime into eighths and place it in a Double Old Fashioned glass.

Add the brown cane sugar and fresh mint leaves to the glass.

Muddle the mixture gently to release the lime juice and mint oils.

Pour in the London Dry Gin and fill the glass halfway with crushed ice.

Add the passion fruit nectar and give it a quick stir with a bar spoon.
