Muddle the lime wedge with mint leaves in the base of a shaker.

Add tequila blanco, pineapple syrup, lime juice, honey, and crème de menthe to the shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.
