Monkeys Go Bananas

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish of dehydrated banana chip and set it aside.

Stir the new make spirit, Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur, Yellow Chartreuse or génépy liqueur, La Fée Parisienne absinthe, and saline solution with ice until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled glass filled with fresh ice, preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice.

Garnish with the dehydrated banana chip before serving.
